There are two basic ways to enter the dry salt therapy business: Either as a new business focused on offering salt therapy or as an add-on to an existing business such as:
People pay for a single salt therapy session, multiple sessions, memberships and possible other service offerings. Typically, a dry salt therapy session with a S.A.L.T. Booth® is 15 minutes and they are scheduled at particular times throughout the day.
For example, if you have one S.A.L.T. Booth® you can provide service to 3 customers per hour. If you are open for 60 hours a week, your maximum capacity is 180 customers a week (3 customers x 60 hours a week = 180 customers). Fees for salt therapy sessions are usually based on local demographics and markets and range from $15 to $60 per session depending on adult, kids, senior fees, discounts, offers, packages, etc.
If your average fee per session is $30 and you are at 100% capacity—180 customers a week—then your weekly income would be $5,400. If you were at 50% capacity (90 customers) your weekly income would be $2,700 and if you were at 25% capacity (45 customers) your weekly income would be $1,350. At 25% capacity—about 6 customers per day—the S.A.L.T. Booth® would be paid for in just 12 weeks!
